**Position**: Fitness Instructor
**Schedule**: Part-time/casual
H2O is an organization that offers aquatic and recreation facility management services by providing highly professional team members to its clients’ properties. Founded in 1991, H2O is being redefined with an entirely new management team and is preparing for immense growth. We are looking for exceptional people to define its new identity.
**Responsibilities**
- Execute various fitness routines in a group setting
- Creating a fun and motivating environment
- Training for all ages and fitness levels
- Promote classes
- Keep accurate attendance records
**Qualifications and Job Requirements**
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Ability to comfortably speak French
- 2+ years of group fitness instruction experience
- Fitness training certification is required
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to interact with diverse member demographics
- Good time management skills and work ethic
- Flexibility to work any shifts, including evenings and weekends
**Compensation and Incentives**
- Starting salary of $30.00-$40.00/hour
