AIM Fitness is Hiring a Part-Time Certified WaterART Fitness Instructor in Ottawa for the summer Perfect opportunity for a summer student or someone looking for more hours during a quieter summer Job Description: The successful candidate will instruct shallow and deep water aqua fitness classes to small and large groups in the west end of Ottawa (Kanata and Stittsville). They are responsible for helping grow, promote, and advertise classes for AIM Fitness. This is a seasonal part-time position, from June 1 - September 6th, with the possibility of continuing into the fall. Criteria includes: Required: Certified WaterART Fitness H2O Instructor – Shallow H2O or Senior Instructor preferred First Aid/ CPR Additional Qualifications: Older adults certification, Special populations (MS, rehab, etc) Personality skills are very important to us. We are looking for someone who is friendly, positive, upbeat, energetic, and has great communication skills. We are looking for someone who is a team player but also able to work independently, holds strong work ethics, and has excellent initiative. Willingness to learn new systems and commitment to attending educational conferences to continually update skills. Bilingual, confident public speaker, excellent time management skills, and passionate about working with and helping people. Has use of a vehicle to travel to classes.
