**The Opportunity**:
**Permanent full-time work, year-round** (no seasonal layoffs)
**Starting at $22.00/hour** with **rapid promotion opportunities**:

- **Co-foreman**: Earn between **$60,000 - $75,000/year**, based on performance
- **Foreman**: Earn between **$75,000 - $89,000/year**, based on performance

**What You’ll Do as an Installer**:

- **Perform hands-on installations** of various BST systems using **company-approved, high-quality methods**:

- **Deliver an outstanding customer experience** by ensuring quality and professionalism
- **Load materials, tools, and equipment** onto the company truck before heading to job sites
- **Unload and clean the truck** upon returning to the company warehouse

**What You’ll Do as a Co-Foreman**:
✔ **Lead the installation process** of various BST systems, ensuring top-quality work.
✔ **Report project progress** to management.
✔ **Handle project-related paperwork** and documentation.
✔ **Act as the bridge between crew members and management.**
✔ **Supervise and assign tasks** to workers, ensuring timely completion.
✔ **Ensure the project stays within budget.**
✔ **Train new crew members** to maintain high standards.
✔ **Prioritize safety and enforce worksite best practices.**
✔ **Answer customer questions** regarding existing installations.
✔ **Use internal software daily** to track progress and manage tasks.
✔ **Meet existing customers** at scheduled service appointments.
✔ **Assist the foreman** in daily responsibilities and leadership.

Experience in **carpentry, demolition, and/or concrete work** is a plus
Ability to perform **physically demanding work** (lifting up to 40 lbs, climbing ladders, kneeling, or crawling)
**Strong communication skills** in French and English
**Leadership skills** and the ability to lead by example
**Excellent customer service skills** with **high ethical standards**
**Great listening and follow-up skills** to ensure smooth operations
**Valid driver’s license** with a clean driving record
**Basic computer skills** for scheduling and documentation
**Enjoys consulting and helping people** find solutions
**High school diploma or GED required**
**Ability to organize work schedules** and read blueprints (an asset)
**Experience in equipment safety checks** is a plus
**Positive attitude & ability to train new employees**
**Time management & budgeting skills**
