**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials, moving equipment, and assisting skilled tradespeople.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of waste and cleaning tools and equipment after use.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of job sites as needed.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.

**Skills**
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance tasks is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with coworkers and supervisors effectively.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality in all tasks performed.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
