**Job Description**:
Are you passionate about cars and skilled in the art of sales? We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our reputable dealership. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in helping customers find their dream cars while achieving personal and team sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Actively listen to customers' needs, preferences, and budget constraints to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Provide detailed product information, conduct test drives, and address customer inquiries to ensure an exceptional buying experience.
- **Sales and Negotiation**:

- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our vehicles to potential buyers.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to meet both customer and dealership requirements.
- Close deals and finalize sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive trends, features, and industry developments.
- Thoroughly understand the specifications, technology, and performance of the vehicles in the dealership inventory.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the sales team, finance department, and service center to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
