**Scope/ Overview of Position**:

- Launched in 1979 as a wholesale and distribution company, SDR has transformed itself into a leader in the North American 3PL market, specializing in the fashion, footwear, accessories, and related soft goods fulfillment market niche. Well known within the industry for its attention to detail and the constant strive for perfection, SDR’s success has been supported by a top-notch Warehouse Management system (Manhattan Scale) with RF inventory control and a fully compliant EDI communication solution.

SDR hosts a clientele base in excess of 100 customers with over 1000 vendors. Our footprint is in excess of 2 million square feet throughout North America.

**Key Responsibilities & Duties**:

- You will be responsible for the fulfillment of our E-commerce operations, including: pick/pack, shipping/receiving and client interaction.
- Receive and enter orders and verify order accuracy
- Verify work orders upon completion for accuracy and compliance with billing
- Work closely with our client to oversee customer service requests and follow up on any outstanding issues
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and organized warehouse area
- Work with UPS shipping software
- Prepare orders for shipping
- Order picking using Reach and Dock Stocker
- Health and Safety focused
- Work closely with department manager for other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications, Education and Experience Required**:

- A minimum High School diploma is required
- 1-2 years warehouse admin experience
- 2-4 years’ experience working in a warehouse or distribution center
- 1-2 years working experience on Reach and Dock Stocker, must be certified
- Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal as you will be working directly with the client and department manager
- Must have knowledge and experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems
- Experience using Manhattan Scale is an asset but not required
- MHE experience is an asset but not required
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook
- You are self-motivated, easily able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk and lift boxes up to 40lbs
