**Position Summary**:
As a growing electrical contractor, we require a driven self-starter to support and assist our Service Department. As a **Service Administrator,** you will be tasked with being part of team dedicated to maintaining the highest level of customer service while ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of projects.

This multifaceted role offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to contribute significantly to our service division.

This is a full-time, in-office position offering flexible start times. The role will work closely and report directly to the Service Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Service Administrator your job duties and tasks will include:
**Customer Service Requests**:

- Assist with putting together quotes for service work:

- Collecting material pricing.
- Collecting equipment pricing.
- Collecting subcontractor pricing.
- IR Quote renewals, reports and repair quotes.
- Vault servicing quote renewals.
- Scheduling of permits, vaults and IR scans with customers.

**Dispatch and Field Support**:

- Specific administrative functions associated with the work orders:

- Job set-up.
- Transmittals and communicative documents.
- Contract documents when required.
- Schedule and dispatch electricians to work sites.
- Maintain the dispatch scheduling dashboard.

**Billing**:

- Collect new customer details, including negotiation of deposit amounts.
- Maintain customer records.
- Follow up on outstanding completed work orders.
- Invoice customers.
- Administer customer surveys and promote the after-sales experience of customers.
- Respond to service invoice inquiries.

**Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with FHLAs.
- Schedule weekly toolbox talks for the Service Manager with the service electricians.

**Other**:

- Participate in the weekly service department meetings.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives within the department.
- Promotion of Sasco’s different departments; Data Comm, Fire Alarm, and Projects.

**Key Relationships Held With**:

- Service customers
- Service electricians in the field
- Vendors
- Internal staff and management

**Competency Requirements**:

- Team player
- Process oriented, but flexible when needed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and a has “let’s make it happen” attitude.
- Thirst for personal development and growth.

**Your preferred qualifications will include**:

- Red Seal certification.
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical support position for either electrical installations or the supply of electrical equipment.
- 1-3 years of experience in a construction environment.
- Experience using Microsoft suite of products including SharePoint.
- Experience using Build Ops is an asset.
