Industry experience is required, but we first-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic Work in a fun, upbeat atmosphere where every day is different. **Responsibilities and Duties** **_Membership Sales —_** We use a proven system that helps our guests overcome their own roadblocks to starting a fitness program. When used correctly, this system doesn't feel like sales at all. Remember, you are hired to inspire. **_Club Promotional Marketing —_** We love the creative "guerilla" type marketing We do use traditional marketing strategies (television, radio, newspaper, direct mail, etc.), but we really prefer the creative stuff. A good understanding of how to use social media is a plus. **_Community Involvement —_** We love being a part of the local community—even if it means working on a Saturday. There are countless opportunities to get outside the club and promote our business. We actively participate in the local Chamber of Commerce and community-sponsored events. /Part-time **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time **Salary**: $30,000.00 to $63,000.00 /year **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 40 per week **Salary**: $31,607.00-$63,291.00 per year **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Dental care - Extended health care - Paid time off - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Ottawa-Gatineau, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Education**: - Secondary School (preferred) **Experience**: - Retail Store Managers: 1 year (preferred) - retail management: 1 year (preferred)
