**Position Overview**:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers / Care Aides to join our team in providing exceptional home care services to our clients. This role requires flexibility, as schedules may vary depending on client needs. Reliable transportation is essential, as you will be driving within the community and to clients' homes. **Key Responsibilities**:
As a Caregiver / Care Aide with Monarch Health Solutions Inc., your duties will include:

- Assisting clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Helping with meal preparation and ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
- Administering medications as directed (where applicable and permitted).
- Monitoring clients' well-being and reporting changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
- Driving to clients' homes and assisting with community-based errands or appointments.
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of clients in their homes.

**Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- Care Aide certification, Personal Support Worker (PSW) training, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to drive in the community and travel to clients' homes.
- A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and daily tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client needs.

**Preferred**:

- Previous experience in home care, caregiving, or a similar setting.
- Familiarity with care planning and documentation.
