Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various properties.

**Duties**:

- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the company's standards and procedures
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize designated areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and disinfect homes and small offices
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals
- Notify management of any repairs needed

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in cleaning services, and knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment preferred, but not essential - training will be provided
- Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
