**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Manage a team of 2 Marketing Coordinators
- Develop content for product brochures, website, and catalogues
- New product ideation, development and coordination
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns in line with the company objectives
- Provide hands-on support for business development
- Work closely with stakeholders for alignment with key messages and to deliver content to drive business & sales
- Collect and analyze customer and market insights, propose initiatives
- Manage digital marketing initiatives
- Oversee project management & remain budget conscious for:

- Conferences/trade shows (occasional travel may be required)
- Website/SEO/SEM
- Social media marketing
- Company events
- Remain knowledgeable on current industry trends and communicate department needs
- Operate under the EOS Management system

**HIRING REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in business development, Public Relations, Digital Design & Marketing, **or** Communications
- 3+ years’ B2B marketing experience is required
- 2+ years’ experience in Medical Device, Health care Industry preferred
- 2+ years in Personnel Management
- Experience with new product development and launch strategies
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing channels and strategies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
