Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team. As a Veterinarian, you will be responsible for providing medical care and treatment to a variety of animals, ensuring their health and well-being. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests on animals
- Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and diseases in animals
- Administer vaccinations and medications as needed
- Perform surgeries and other medical procedures
- Provide emergency care to injured or critically ill animals
- Educate pet owners on proper animal care and preventive measures
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and other staff members to provide comprehensive care to animals
- Maintain accurate medical records for all patients
**Experience**:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Valid license to practice veterinary medicine
- Experience working in a veterinary clinic or hospital preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in laboratory diagnostics and interpretation of results
- Strong surgical skills
**Salary**: $64.00-$65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
