**Position Summary**:
The primary function of this position is to provide technical support and quotations to our channel partners, integrators and customers. In addition provide timely support to the order to ship process for the factory.

Reporting to the Director of Mixing, your responsibilities will include:
**Essential Functions**:

- Fielding inquiries and providing responsive service support to customers and channel partners
- Troubleshooting field issues and preparing technical solutions
- Preparing detailed proposals/quotes for spare parts, refurbishments and some new equipment
- Support Order Entry
- Coordinating with manufacturing operations & logistics teams to execute on customer orders
- Facilitating advanced or customized requests with engineering teams to overserve customers
- Addressing warranty claims and coordinating Return Materials Authorizations (RMA’s)
- Related post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Strong technical acumen
- 2-4 years of related experience with a proven customer service track record in technical sales environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of industrial equipment, previous experience with a manufacturing ERP system and basic ability to read/interpret engineering drawings would be great assets to accelerate onboarding.
