**About EMR Shielding Solutions**

We design and supply EMF/RF shielding materials, meters and spectrum analyzers to aerospace, defence, industrial and wellness clients across North America. As a small, fast‑growing team, your ideas quickly turn into action.

**Key responsibilities**
- Oversee the receiving of incoming stock, verifying accuracy and updating inventory through internal systems
- Lead the packaging and shipping of orders in accordance with packing slips using carriers such as UPS, Canada Post, and others
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom, ensuring ongoing inventory accuracy
- Prepare and label product bundles for both retail and B2B shipments
- Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring cost accuracy and timely replenishment
- Coordinate closely with the procurement and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment
- Monitor and support stock counts, product movement, and inventory control processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across shipping, receiving, and inventory workflows
- Take ownership of day‑to‑day logistics operations, while supporting administrative and back‑office tasks as needed

**What you bring**
- 2+ years in logistics, shipping, warehouse or supply‑chain support
- Strong attention to detail, organization and follow‑through
- Clear written & verbal communication; comfortable with carriers & brokers
- Basic computer proficiency; ready to learn internal software
- Able to multitask and hit deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
