Therefore, all initiatives must be validated by the Corporate IT Department. **Responsibilities** Within this context, the position will more specifically involve the following responsibilities: - The IT coordinator is in charge of: - Organizing and managing the IT local services under supervision of the local and corporate IT team, - Implementing and operating the local and Group technical solutions, - Supporting local users for IT services, providing quality, timely helpdesk support services to on-site and remote staff - Recording the local IT needs and reporting them to the Corporate IT Department - Promoting awareness programs on IT threats and security best practices - Creating and maintaining technical documentation for systems and processes - Creating and maintaining documentation for end users - Preparing and following both the budget and investment plan for all local IT expenses. Budget and activities must be validated by the Corporate IT Department - Managing and maintaining in operational condition the local IT infrastructure and servers - Reporting on a weekly basis to the Local and Corporate IT team - Coordinating and performing after-hours upgrade or maintenance as required - Operating under direct management of the Canada Delta site and central Top Management - Taking on additional responsibilities assigned at the discretion of local or central Manager - Managing local projects and support regional IT Project when capacity is available - The main tasks of the IT coordinator are: - Maintain in working order the IT facilities of Comtek - Organize logistics and procurement of all due IT equipment for users - Supervise in operational conditions and manage the local infrastructure equipment: - Industrial IT equipment - Computers, laptops, screens, printing systems, peripherals - Network: LAN Network, Wi-Fi AP, Firewall - Physical and Virtual servers, NAS, storage and backup system - Maintain Azure and O365 cloud services - Monitoring tool - Telephony (fix and mobile) - Install and configure local equipment and software - Collect the local business needs in terms of IT Services - Help the local users with the corporate IT Support **Requirements**: Mandatory: - University level, IT Technical diploma - Managerial, verbal, and written communication skills - Mastering of English and/or French language - Proven IT experience within an industrial company (aeronautics area would be great) - Solid knowledge in system and computer assets administration (Windows, Linux, VMware, O365, Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, VPN, EDR) - General knowledge of network administration (Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba) - Maintenance skills for servers, computers, laptops, mobile devices, and network - User support experience (ITIL knowledge or mastering would be great) - Budget management experience - Suppliers and service management experience - Work in an international context with foreign central supervision Other: - Ability to work under direct top management supervision - Ability to work closely with the site managers and colleagues (part of them will be French, Mexican, expatriates) - Rigorous, methodological, work in a team, good relationship skills - Work with high reactivity and willing to solve problems (finding solutions) - Flexibility regarding the working of shifts (early, day and late shift), onsite - Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, explain, and escalate problems with objective analysis of the situation - Open attitude to intercultural exchange (French-Mexico-Brazil) - Ability to build external networks/relations with "IT services" stakeholders - Ability to pr
