We are looking for a **Product Coordinator** to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in managing and optimising our product and service offerings.

**Role Overview**

As a **Product Coordinator**, you’ll play a key role in optimising our menu offerings, onboarding new restaurant partners, and ensuring a seamless ordering experience for customers. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that food products and vendor relationships align with our brand and customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Restaurant Partner Coordination**: Assist in onboarding new restaurants, ensuring menu accuracy, pricing alignment, and seamless integration with our platform.

**Menu & Product Management**: Optimise menu layouts, update food descriptions, and ensure high-quality food images and accurate pricing across the platform.

**Vendor & Supplier Management**: Work closely with restaurant partners, food suppliers, and logistics teams to maintain smooth operations.

**Data & Performance Analysis**: Track sales performance, customer preferences, and restaurant success metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Promotion & Campaign Support**: Collaborate with marketing to implement product promotions, seasonal offerings, and special menu items.

**Quality Control & Compliance**: Ensure food descriptions, ingredients, and allergen information are accurate and compliant with food safety standards.

**Customer Insights & Research**: Gather feedback from customers and restaurant partners to improve food offerings and ordering experiences.

**What We’re Looking For Experience**: 0-2 years in food tech, e-commerce, product coordination, or restaurant partnerships.

**Skills**: Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills.

**Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with online ordering platforms, CRM tools, and data analysis.

**Industry Knowledge**: Understanding of food trends, restaurant operations, and digital food ordering.

**Attention to Detail**: Ability to manage multiple restaurant menus, promotions, and product updates with accuracy.

**Passion for Food & Innovation**: A love for food, technology, and improving customer experiences.
