Canadian manufacturer of automotive specialty chemicals and detailing products is currently seeking a warehouse associate for our production department. If you are energetic, committed and in good physical condition this opportunity may be for you. Responsible for assisting the batch operator in all warehouse activities such as packaging finished goods into bulk containers, order picking, carefully packing orders for shipment/pickup, general shop cleanliness and more.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Package finished goods from completed batches
- Provide general labour duties in a plant/warehouse setting
- Labelling of containers
- Stacking and lifting of heavy items (repetitively up to 25 kg)
- General cleaning such as but not limited to sweeping & mopping floors and cleaning warehouse racks
- Use of motorized equipment such as forklift equipment
- Assisting other warehouse/plant staff with various duties such as shipping and receiving
- Perform other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Ability to meet physical demands, including reaching, bending, walking, standing, and performing repetitive actions
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg, on a regular basis throughout the shift
- Basic mathematical knowledge
- Self-motivated; willingness to take initiative and accept responsibility with mínimal direction
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift experience is an asset
- Mechanical experience is an asset, but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
