Job description:
Snappy is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our evolving team You will be key contributor to Snappy’s business expansion strategy, responsible for on boarding, training and developing strong relationships with partners and be a part of the “go to” team for all required support.

Responsibility:

- Partner onboarding
- Partner training
- Independently solve problems and provide support to partners
- Develop relationships with business owners and team members
- Collaborate with the team on new ideas
- Contribute to business expansion strategy.
- Dynamic evangelist in expressing Snappy’s vision.
- Ready to roll up the sleeves and dive right in.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

- Passion.
- Prioritization.
- Problem solving.
- Previous experience in Customer Success role in a marketplace platform preferred.
Advanced IT and networking skills is a plus
- Passion for innovation and technology.

*Must speak fluent English & French*

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Description du poste : Snappy recherche un Spécialiste du Succès Client pour rejoindre notre équipe en évolution Vous serez un contributeur clé à la stratégie d'expansion commerciale de Snappy, responsable de l'intégration, de la formation et du développement de relations solides avec les partenaires et ferez partie de l'équipe de référence pour tout le soutien nécessaire.
Responsabilités : - Intégration des partenaires - Formation des partenaires - Résolution indépendante de problèmes et soutien aux partenaires - Développement de relations avec les propriétaires d'entreprises et les membres d'équipe - Collaboration avec l'équipe sur de nouvelles idées - Contribution à la stratégie d'expansion commerciale - Évangéliste dynamique exprimant la vision de Snappy - Prêt à retrousser ses manches et à plonger dans le travail.
