**Position Overview**
The Project Champion will be responsible for overseeing all company projects, ensuring they progress smoothly, meet revenue targets, and that resources are effectively allocated. This person will also manage the daily operations of select projects, working closely with designers, project specifiers, and project managers to balance workloads. A key aspect of this role is to ensure that every team member is set up for success and that project timelines and financial objectives are consistently met.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the progress of all company projects, ensuring they stay on track with deadlines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of select projects from inception through completion, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Ensure the company meets its revenue targets by closely monitoring project financials and adjusting resources or strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with designers, project specifiers, and other project managers to balance workload and maintain efficiency across teams.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure project needs are met without overextending team capacity.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to meet project goals.
- Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing regular project updates.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in the implementation of new strategies to improve project delivery.
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, professional growth, and accountability across the project teams.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a design, wayfinding, or consultancy environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
