**We are currently recruiting for Vida Spa Whistler**:
Guest Service Agent

**Skills Required**:

- Strong organizational skills, computer skills, and customer service.
- A positive and optimistic attitude with a passion for customer service and care.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Always greet guests in a friendly and professional manner according to Vida Spa Standards.
- Engage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests.
- Keep work area neat and tidy inputting and filing medical history forms.
- Cohesively work with others in a fast paced environment.
- Team oriented with ability to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and all other departments.
