**5-7 years BA experience mandatory.

This is a senior BA role, and is expected to lead and facilitate conversations between technology/vendors, business, various stakeholders and team members. Excellent communication skills. Experience with **Confluence, Jira, Agile methodologies and ability to quickly learn Scaled Agile Framework. C**an backup Product Pod Owners including Program **Increment Planning and Quarterly Business Review. **Contribute to Sprint goals and velocity targets. **Knowledge of TS2 is an asset. Knowledge of Credit Card architecture is an asset.**

Require min 5+ years experience & knowledge of **Canadian Personal Banking & Personal Savings and Investments background. Capital Market, equity, Fixed-income**
Familiarity with RESP Product, process, policies and understanding of adherence to Govt regulations is preferred; if not ability to quickly become knowledgeable.
