**Who We’re Looking For**:
**Operations Role**: 3-5 years of experience in Operations Management with a focus on IT, MES & ERP systems, ideally in the manufacturing world.**Manufacturing Experience**: Looking for someone with experience leading a team in tech support and customer onboarding, with knowledge of ERP or MES systems and technical expertise in a manufacturing environment.
**Problem Solver**: You thrive in fast-paced, complex environments and excel at breaking down tough problems into clear solutions.**Communication Master**: Stellar communication skills are a must—you’ll need to liaise between developers, clients, and internal teams to ensure everyone is on the same page.**Leader**: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward a common goal.
**Why MC3 Manufacturing & Clearcode Collaboration?**
**Innovative Environment**: We value creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. This is your chance to work on something that’s never been done before in the manufacturing space.**Growth Opportunities**: As we grow, so do you. Your career development is a priority for us, and we’ll make sure you have the tools and resources to succeed.**High-Impact Role**: This is your chance to make a big difference in a growing company where your work will be seen, felt, and celebrated.
