**About us** Shop3D.ca is where Canadians find the best desktop 3D printers, laser engravers and vacuum formers for engineers, educators, and maker spaces. With some of the coolest 3D printing showrooms in Toronto and Vancouver, we have both and online and offline presence. **Culture** We are a team of talented, dedicated people in a startup environment where many team members wear multiple hats. We have a fairly casual work culture and appreciate our team members contributions. We treat each other well so we can treat customers well. Staff are encouraged to learn more about 3D printing by using the printers and other maker-tools for their own projects. **Required skills** - Attention to detail - Strong communication skills - Passionate about Tech/Manufacturing - Self-driven and time efficient - Able to reach deadlines with mínimal guidance - Coordinate between multiple tasks throughout the day **Some responsibilities** - Assisting prospects and customers in store with recommendations and giving customers a tour of the showroom and the printers we offer. - Helping customers out with technical questions and tier 1 support over the phone or online. - Sending quotes and creating solutions for customers both in store and online - Using and maintaining show-floor printers for print jobs and samples - Work on 3D printing projects and quoting customers for 3D print requests - General cleanup and organization of showroom and warehouse to ensure efficient operations - Stock counting & inventory - General tasks around the store - Assist in organizing events in showroom --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Operating in a small team environment, they should be able to lead and delegate tasks to utilize all available resources and connect with HQ for higher level operations and planning by remote conference. **Working hours**: 9:30-6pm Monday-Friday Should live within
