We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Representative to help more local businesses succeed. If you’re energized by people, eager to learn, and passionate about your community — this might be your next big step.

**What You’ll Do**

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll work with new and existing business clients to:

- Prospect for new business through outbound calling and local outreach
- Build long-term relationships and uncover new sales opportunities
- Lead discovery meetings to understand clients’ goals
- Pitch radio and digital advertising campaigns that help them grow
- Coordinate with our support teams to deliver on your clients’ orders
- Monitor campaign success and provide regular progress updates
- Use tools and sales planning systems to hit your targets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
