**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be readily available/approachable for all guests
- Lead by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
- Effectively lead and mentor hotel teams to achieve and exceed guest service expectations.
- Communicate all goals and results with employees
- Promote teamwork and employee morale recognizing good team and employee performance on a continuous basis through reward and recognition programs.
- Achieve budgeted revenue and profit goals balancing cost with guest satisfaction
- Develop annual budget and capital expenditure plans
- Lead revenue management strategies in conjunction with corporate team, maximizing revenue through yield management and inventory control systems.

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Previous management experience in the hospitality industry
- Highly motivated in sales and marketing
- Food and Beverage background/knowledge
- Experience and over-all knowledge of all hotel operations: the F&B department; Sales; housekeeping; maintenance; rooms division and human resources.
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
