Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a baker/service assistant. As a baker, you will play a vital role in our food preparation and customer service processes. If you have a passion for baking, excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of delicious goods, including cakes, pastries, and breads
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods according to customer requests
- Ensure all food preparation is done in accordance with food safety standards
- Package and present baked goods for display or take-out orders
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their orders and answering any questions they may have
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in baking or working in a restaurant or food industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when decorating cakes
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team

**Salary**: $16.75-$24.00 per hour
