Compounded by COVID-19, aging populations, and staff burnout, nurses are increasingly looking to leave the profession. Transferring patients (moving patients between beds, stretches, and imaging tables) requires several nurses and risks injury every time. At Able Innovations, we are developing cutting-edge robotic devices to automate this process to offer safe, efficient, and dignified care. **About the Position** The Sales Development Associate will drive growth by identifying and nurturing prospects in the healthcare sector. This role focuses on scaling the sales pipeline through research, stakeholder engagement, and managing top-of-funnel activities. The position includes attending industry events _(online and in-person)_, collaborating with the sales team, and uncovering opportunities. Success in this role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter with a passion for connecting with professionals and developing creative strategies. **Key Responsibilities** - Research and maintain an organized database of leads, with a focus on hospitals and healthcare systems aligned with company solutions. - Identify new GTM opportunities and innovation-driven healthcare organizations. - Track and analyze industry trends by monitoring articles, publications, and healthcare innovation discussions. - Research and attend industry events such as conferences and workshops to connect with key stakeholders** (requires travel).**: - Provide on-site support for implementation, product demonstrations, or sales activities as required. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and solutions to enhance the sales process. **Job Qualifications & Requirements** - ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a healthcare-related field. - ** Experience**: 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or medical technology. - Experience using Hubspot is preferred. - Strong research and data management skills. - Excellent time management and organizational abilities. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required. **You Will Be Successful If You Are** - ** Flexible and Adaptable**: You thrive in dynamic environments and respond effectively to changing priorities. - ** Collaborative and Respectful**: You value teamwork and diverse perspectives. - ** Accountable**: You take ownership of your work, ensuring high-quality outcomes. - ** Proactive and Resourceful**: You excel at finding solutions to challenges and communicate effectively with the team. **Application Requirements** Please submit your resume and cover letter as PDF documents with the naming format "SDA202501_Firstname_Lastname".
