**What You’ll Do**:

- ** Lead, coach, and support a team of parts professionals to deliver top-notch customer service**:

- ** Oversee daily operations of the parts department to ensure efficiency, profitability, and positive morale**:

- ** Maintain optimal inventory levels - balancing availability with cost control**:

- ** Develop strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality products**:

- ** Provide accurate, timely parts support to technicians and customers**:

- ** Analyze sales and operational data to identify opportunities for growth**:

- ** Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards**:

- ** Keep the department organized, professional, and focused on continuous improvement**:
**What You Bring**:

- ** 3-5 years of experience in a dealership parts department, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role**:

- ** Strong knowledge of parts and inventory management - automotive knowledge preferred**:

- ** Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team aligned with a culture of respect, trust, and growth**:

- ** Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities**:

- ** Solid organizational skills to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment**:

- ** Proficiency with computer software programs, inventory systems, and HRIS**:
