**Entry Level Helpdesk Support Specialist**

**Job Type**: Full time permanent in our Langley office

**Salary**: Negotiated based on experience

Schedule: Family friendly 4 on 4 off - 10 hr rotation

**Responsibilities**:

- Triage and monitor IT Support calls through our ticketing system,
- Provide in-person IT support in our Langley Office,
- Support custom in-house built apps and tablets,
- Collaborate with other IT members to maintain and improve our IT Support desk,
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, courteousness, and friendliness.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent,
- Well organized with the ability to prioritize multiple time sensitive tasks,
- Strong knowledge of windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite,
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong attention to detail,
- Ability to learn quickly, work well under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Experience**:

- IT support: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CompTIA A+ (preferred)
