**The Technology Organization PMO will be part of the Services, Markets and Banking Technology Organizational Program Management Office (SMB O&T OPMO) organization’s Transformation Governance & Oversight team, and SMB Tech Transformation Central Team. The SMB OPMO Transformation Governance & Oversight group is responsible for providing oversight, standards, and central reporting for delivery of SMB Technology’s regulatory remediation and cross-sector work efforts across the Transformation book of work, ensuring it is executed in an efficient, effective, and controlled manner.**: ***Main responsibilities**: - ** **Support the Org PMO Transformation reporting team and SMB O&T Transformation Project Management community by addressing their reporting needs.**: - ** **Identify & developing automation opportunities using Tableau, MicroStrategy, Knime, Python or other Citi approved technologies.**: - ** **Proactively suggests & implements improvements to the reporting process, drawing upon their expertise, experience, and feedback from users.**: - ** **Develop and maintain excellent client relationships with SMB Technology Function PMOs, SMB Tech Program Group PMOs, acting as a trusted advisor.**: - ** **Contribute to the maintenance of an inventory of all reports and reporting processes and conduct regular checkpoints with the Reporting Team Lead and adjust the reporting inventory based on their feedback.**: - ** **Analyze reports to identify trends, patterns, and issues related to the management of Transformation book of work.**: - ** **Publish data quality reporting to the Org PMO Transformation Book of Work Oversight & Advisory team to support them in their oversight activities, while using feedback them to improve the reporting to meet the BoW oversight needs**: - ** **Escalate program risks to Org PMO Transformation lead, and Reporting lead via the proper channels & per escalation protocols.**: - ** **Perform daily reporting activities including technology transformation book of work, data quality control reporting, and Senior Executive Reporting.** **Qualifications**: - ** **3-5 years of relevant work experience**: - ** **Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail, accuracy, and trend identification**: - ** **Strong organizational skills**: - ** **Flexibility and business savvy to navigate a complex, highly matrixed organization.**: - ** **Advanced MS Office user (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)**: - ** **Tableau**: - ** **Possess excellent influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills**: - ** **Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills** **Education**: - ** **Bachelor’s/University** degree or equivalent experience**: - ** **Program/Project Management Certification is a plus**: - ** **Experience with Knime or Python is a plus** - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Technology Project Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
