**Overview**: Customers come first Good customer service is vital to build trust with our current and future clients and is critical to the success of any organization. Customer service professionals interact with customers to provide information on pet products and services. We are looking for individuals that are looking to combine their love and knowledge of animals and the retail industry.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Receiving/Keyholder Associate, but are not limited to, the following:

- Ensuring orders of inventory are processed and delivered in a timely manner;
- Overseeing inventory stocking and merchandising;
- Seeking to learn and grow through personal learning and development opportunities;
- Building effective relationships with peer and upper management partners;
- Participating in productive management and team meetings;
- Partnering in store’s execution of all merchandise processing and flow to the floor in
- Opening and closing of the store
- Assisting customers on the sales floor
- Proactively seek to learn and grow through personal learning and development opportunities

**Skills and Effort Requirements**
- Strong interpersonal skills: pleasant, friendly style;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to educate self on products and services;
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Minimum high school education or equivalent;
- Knowledge and/or experience with pets is considered an asset
- Previous Keyholder experience
