**Steele Audi Halifax is seeking an automotive Parts Shipper / Receiver to join their growing team**

**_ Hourly Wage Range: $16.70 - $17.80_**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Receive deliveries, verify bills of lading and invoices, and prepare outgoing shipments.
- Keep the department clean and organized, restocking items as needed, while adhering to safety protocols.
- Distribute parts into designated bins and determine optimal locations for new stock items.
- Accurately record and shelve all stock orders and returns in the inventory system.
- Oversee the return of products to manufacturers and suppliers in a timely manner.
- Maintain an efficient tracking and follow-up system for special orders, comebacks, and other unique requests.
- Ensure the shipping and receiving area is properly secured at the end of each day.
- Ensure proper handling and documentation of authorized warranty parts on a monthly basis.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the department’s operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous automotive experience would be considered an asset but not required
- Ability to lift 50-80lbs
- A positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
- An eagerness to learn and strong attention to detail.
