**As a Manager in Training, you will be working towards the following**:

- Leading a team to meet and exceed sales goals and other KPIs
- Training, mentoring, and managing your team on sales, marketing, and prospecting
- Execution of marketing, social media, and outreach strategies to drive membership sales
