**THE ROLE**:
**YOU ARE**:

- able to work in an agile work environment, multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
- able to cross-reference information for accuracy with an eye for detail

- organized and able to prioritize your work day
- a self-motivated and a professional with good business acumen
- comfortable working independently as well as within a team

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Organize, enter details, and save documents into Salesforce to assess a company's financial situation
- Analyze submissions to determine if they can be declined at an early stage
- Keep track of the lifecycle of a deal by proactively completing due diligence tasks
- Work with the proprietary data scoring model by verifying sales and carrying out credit checks on related business owners
- Create agreements and verify customer details
- Gather and synthesize the business information by reviewing different sources including internet search, credit, bankruptcy, and industry reports

**WHAT YOU WILL ALREADY HAVE**:

- High school diploma or equivalent education (University/college degree is an asset)
- Minimum typing speed of 50wpm
- Work experience in an Administrative or Financial role preferred
- High level of computer literacy
- Comfortable in a busy operation and able to remain calm under pressure
- French language skills are an asset
- Experience with Salesforce is an asset
