We are currently seeking a motivated, “exceeds clients expectations” Project Manager

Hansen Signs is looking to add an Account Project Manager to our team to help build and maintain trusted, long lasting relationships with old and new clients

As the Account Project Manager you will be responsible to:

- Communicate these requests to our team with a clear understanding of the clients needs to find the best solution to exceed their expectations.
- Submit and review proposals with the client for their approval.
- Set clear expectations for outcomes and requirements among all stakeholders.
- Work closely with our production team and subcontractors to ensure that the project details are included.
- Have the desire to commit, over-deliver, and follow up with customers to make sure they have an exceptional client experience.
- Keep track of key milestones and check-ins to ensure everything is on track and expectations are being met.
- Resolve client and project issues as they come up, by using creativity and innovation to come up with the best solution.
- Accountability, Owning the outcome
- Help clients gain recognition using social media or other creative marketing tools as an added value to our service.
- Meet with clients, attend trade shows & events, and make regular calls to key clients in order to build relationships and partnerships. (Online and in person)
- Provide feedback to the sales and operations departments on how to improve the client experience and give direction to company initiatives.
- Work closely with our major clients to ensure they are happy and anticipate where we can better serve them on future projects.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor Degree in Business and Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
- Collaborative team player as you will work alongside sales, design, project managers, etc.
- Familiarity working with clients of all sizes, but especially franchise and corporate clients.
- Basic social media skills & knowledge.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented and analytical.
- Must have implementation skills around CRM and other software tools.
- Passionate about personal development - always growing individually and professionally.
- General understanding of the construction process and project management is considered an asset.
