Veterinary Receptionist

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients and patients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar effectively.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring all files are accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and billing information.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
**Experience**
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a veterinary setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using veterinary practice management software preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and staff.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our clients.
Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
