Order Processing Manager

We are looking to hire experienced Order Processing Manager with excellent customer support skills.

**Your duties will include**:

- Perform all duties relating to the processing of customer orders. Orders range from basic stock to the highest level of configured orders and detailing.
- Communicate with customers and answer any type of questions regarding their order.
- Handle technical inquiries from manufacturing and customers, while communicating with customers on discrepancies & order conflicts.
- Provide technical and problem-solving support to manufacturing and customers.
- Review order forms and prepare order for delivery.
- Check product quality before shipment to the customer.
- Update internal database with order updates.
- Negotiate stock issues with customers as they arise.
- Continually promote a safe and harmonious working environment following the Health and Safety requirements.
- Make recommendations on how to improve customer satisfaction, customer retention, efficiency, revenue growth, cost savings and financial results.
- Train other staff as needed.

**Job requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in general business or management, preferred
- Millwork manufacturing experience, preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to manage and prioritize demands from multiple sources, external and internal
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate ability to problem solve
- Excellent analytical, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Employee may need to lift a maximum of 50 pounds.

**Compensation**: Based on experience.
