Aleva Naturals is looking for an organized & self-motivated individual to handle the day to day coordination of order processing, shipping and inventory management.

If you are multi-tasker and a quick learner, detail oriented, can work under pressure, this is a fantastic opportunity for you.

**Core responsibilities include**:

- Daily processing of all purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner
- Daily shipping/routing for all outgoing purchase orders
- Manage freight and export documentation.
- Maintain a filing system including but not limited to customer contracts, correspondence, project files, purchase orders, inventory etc.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with wholesale customers/distributors (Canada, USA & International market).
- Inventory Management; Planning and forecasting of inventory for raw materials & finished goods is an asset

**Skills required**
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role is a must.
- Must be proficient in Excel.
- Knowledge of basic accounting is an asset.
- Knowledge of EDI/Business vision is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
