- Door & Dock Systems is growing its team for a national expansion. We are looking for an Assistant Service Manager.

The Assistant Service Manager for Service Technicians plays a crucial role in supporting the Service Manager in overseeing the technical aspects of the service department, as well as providing leadership and guidance to service technicians.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Experience in the overhead door and dock industry as a technician or a sales rep is preferred but not required.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing equipment or systems.
- Leadership and supervisory experience, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and computer skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in service delivery.
- Knowledge of relevant technical standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, equipment manuals, and technical resources.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L5L 5R8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
