**Role Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret drawings and/or receive instructions from a supervisor
- Select proper materials for specific tasks along with required quantities, as per building code
- Complete installations, renovations and dismantling of modular structures (accommodations, commercial, residential, offices and support equipment)
- Fabricate and install stairs, decks and loading docks
- Fabricate and install wooden walkways
- Install drywall
- Install rolled rubber roofing
- Install Lino, carpet and finishing trim Work both indoors and outdoors
- Ability to block and level frameless complexes
- Work independently and/or as part of a crew
- Completion of FLHA’s and JHA’s as per each job/task

**Role Requirements**
- In 2nd-4th year getting your Red Seal Journeyman Carpentry Certificate, Carpenter Apprentices will also be considered for this position.
- 4-6 years of related experience; carpentry, drywall, framing.
- All the required PPE and tools to complete the above jobs
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license
- The ability to pass a Pre-Access Drug & Alcohol screen
- Previous field experience in camp installation and dismantles of modular field accommodations and offices
- Ability to travel away from home for up to and including 21 days straight.
- The ability to work long hours while completing repetitive tasks
- Ability to handle heavy workloads, that can be physically demanding
- The capability to work outside in extreme weather conditions depending on the season
- The physical ability to safely lift to 50 lbs., as well as performing repetitive motions, bending, crouching and/or kneeling for long periods throughout the day

**Salary**: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
