Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Shipper / Receiver is responsible for picking items to fill orders, preparing shipments (outgoing and incoming), loading and unloading trucks, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, verifying incoming orders and organizing the incoming stock in the warehouse, inventory counts, and assisting customers with pickups.**
**Working Conditions**
- Working with or around moving mechanical machines including lift trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts
- Varying noise levels that can be loud at certain times
- Fast paced environment in which adherence to all occupational health and safety procedures is critical
- Some manual lifting required
- A focus on health and safety
- Detail-orientated, organized, and able to work independently
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Previous experience operating forklifts (clamp truck) and/or pallet jacks
