All Purpose is searching for an experienced social media manager to adapt and amplify our brand story on a freelance basis.

All Purpose is a Vancouver-based creative agency crafting thoughtful digital experiences and award-winning media to uplift our partners’ positive impact in the world.

We are a team of 36+ visual and experience designers, strategists, UX researchers, developers, digital marketers, illustrators, video producers, editors, storytellers, project managers, animators, and researchers.

About the role

As we expand a compelling, on-brand social presence, we’re looking for a strategic social media aficionado to own our social content across channels and drive meaningful engagement. This is an opportunity to jump into a social management role at a peak moment of transformation: you’ll be able to truly own and evolve our social presence as we scale up our content marketing.

About you

What it takes

**Responsibilities**:

- Translation of a clear social marketing strategy into aligned, on-brand content and campaigns adapted for our target channels
- Owning and scaling our social media presence, from content creation and publication, to monitoring and analysis
- Developing targeted strategies to achieve audience-specific goals
- Close collaboration with the marketing and design teams to develop brand-aligned content
- Proactive audience engagement
- Metrics reporting, analysis, and improvements

Skills we’d like to see
- 3+ years’ experience managing social channels
- An understanding of creative agencies and preferably, of social impact organizations and B. Corporations
- A track record of success in owning and building a social presence across channels, with particular emphasis on LinkedIn, Instagram (posts, stories, and reels), Twitter
- Experience creating, managing and measuring paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn specifically)
