Barista Job Description:

- product preparation & knowledge of making drinks including blender and espresso based beverages,
- serving and heating up food,
- preparing whole and ground bean packages,
- providing product information to guests,
- enhancing the guest experience by providing recommendations
- cleaning and organizing the facilities (condiment stand, floors, counters, tables etc),
- re-stocking product (e.g. beans, cups, merchandise),
- equipment maintenance and calibration (espresso machine, grinders, syrup dispensers),
- cash handling - completing sales with guests using cash, debit/credit, gift cards,
- providing excellent customer service,
- friendly, approachable manner, demonstrating passion and confidence for Second Cup brand
- standing for extended period of time and some lifting required (between 5 lbs to 25 lbs)

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
