Good Earth Coffeehouse is looking for Full Time and Part Time team members to join our increasable team. Full Time is 21 - 40 hours per week and Part Time is 10- 21 hours per week. Must be willing to work 6 AM open shifts as well as closing shifts at 9:30 PM finish time, 70% of all our shift starts before 8 AM

This is a Fast Pace, Team Environment where the Barista engages, supports and educates our guests on all our offerings. Must be willing to learn new skills, keep their work environment clean and organized, work well with others, as well as work Independently. Pro
- Serve certification is required.

Hourly Salary $15 per hour with %4 vacation pay upfront, pulse gratuities that range from $4 to $6 additional per hour.
