What You Need to Succeed: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- Minimum 2 years related customer service /industry experience- Ability to communicate in a professional, positive, courteous manner at all times with all levels of customers, clients, visitors and employees.- Understand basic customer needs and expectations to provide prompt effective resolution to requests.- Ability to communicate solutions to customers in ways they can understand and implement.- Self-motivated with ability to establish priorities and effectively manage time to complete multiple tasks within specified timeframes.- - Bilingual in French would be a plus.- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and manufacturing operating system (AS400).
