**Overview**
Rogers Partners LLP is a unique litigation practice that has the personal touch of a smaller firm along with the resources, expertise, and experience of a larger firm. We act as counsel at all levels of our civil justice system. We are defense counsel for insurers and self-insured companies, managing litigation arising from all types of losses including product liability, occupiers’ liability, professional negligence, motor vehicle liability, property losses, municipal liability, medical negligence, and sexual abuse.
Due to growing demand in support staff, Rogers Partners LLP is looking for a professional insurance defence Law Clerk with at least 3 years of experience including Tort and Accidental Benefit matters, and certification from a recognized Law Clerk Program to join our team. To be a successful law clerk at Rogers Partners LLP you must possess the following qualities: a high level of attention to detail; keen observation skills, excellent time management; strong organizational skills; impressive communication skills; as well possess excellent judgment and make important decisions within the scope of your duties.
**Responsibilities**:
- File administration/management from file opening to file closing.
- Organizing file material
- Summarizing documentation
- Summarizing examination for discovery transcripts
- Medical documentation
- Analyzing and preparing liability and damage briefs
- Sourcing appropriate medical examiners for defence medical examinations
- Coordinating surveillance
- Tracking/charting undertakings
- Drafting correspondence
- Document preparation
- Track client deadlines
- Maintaining the physical and electronic filing system

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
