We are currently seeking a full-time Personal Support Worker who can communicate in **ASL **to work for an employer in their home. The Support Worker will assist the support network in creating an environment that is nonjudgmental, safe, and caring so that the employer can receive person-centered support.

**Duties**:

- Provide support to the employer at home and in the community.
- Assist the employer with personal care.
- Drive the employer to appointments and other community events.
- Assist with household chores such as cooking and cleaning

**Required skills and experience**:

- Should be able to communicate in **American Sign Language (ASL)** with the employer.
- Have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Have experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

**Other requirements**:

- Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
- A successful applicant must be willing to provide a Clear Criminal Record Check, and clear -Child Abuse and Adult Abuse Registry checks.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
