**L’opportunité**

Êtes-vous une personne passionnée, sympathique et axée sur vos clients? Souhaitez-vous développer vos compétences commerciales? Vous serez le premier contact avec nos clients et la personne qui les aidera à faire disparaître leurs déchets.

1-800-GOT-JUNK?, qui fait partie d’O2E Brands, embauche des personnes heureuses et travailleuses pour rejoindre nos 250+ agents **virtuels de vente** à travers le Canada.
- Temps plein avec l'horaire de 5 jours de travail et 2 jours de repos
- Doit être disponible pour travailler de 6h00 à 18h00 CST et disponible pour travailler le weekend si besoin
- Bénéficiez d’une assurance étendue après une période de 3 mois
- Travaillez confortablement chez vous
- **Ce poste offre un salaire horaire de 15,85$, auquel s’ajoute une prime linguistique de 4$ par heure. Cette rémunération s’applique uniquement pendant la période où l'employé occupe un poste bilingue. Deplus vous pouvez gagner commissions, soit une moyenne de 200$ à 800$ par mois**

**Une journée type**:

- Répondre aux appels entrants et offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle
- Vous ne recevez que des **appels entrants; aucun appel**démarchage** n’est prévue dans ce poste
- Vendez la magie du 1-800-GOT-Junk? en expliquant comment nous faisons disparaître les déchets sans effort
- Les clients nous appellent pour qu’ils nous renseignent sur nos services, ils ont des déchets à enlever, savoir si nous desservons leur région, quand nous pouvons les emporter, et nos tarifs. Vous répondrez à leurs questions afin de les convertir en réservations pour que nos camions ramassent leurs articles.
- Tous les nouveaux agents doivent être disponibles pour une formation complète
- Vous bénéficiez de 3 semaines de formation virtuelle entièrement rémunérée, vous assurant ainsi la réussite
- À l’issue de ces trois semaines, chaque agent rejoint une équipe dirigée par un chef d'équipe qui vous accompagnera et vous aidera à apprendre et à progresser

**Pour joindre notre équipe**:

- Vous êtes légalement autorisé à travailler au Canada et résidez en Ontario
- Vous êtes parfaitement bilingue en français et en englais
- **Formation disponible pour les trois premières semaines, de 8h à 16h30, du lundi au vendredi (CST)**:

- Une technique téléphonique très conviviale, de solides compétences en communication écrite et orale
- Aptitude à l'apprentissage des nouvelles technologies et bonne vitesse de frappe (minimum 25 mots par minute)
- Un espace calme à la maison, une connexion internet rapide et fiable, et un ordinateur performant avec au moins 8 Go de mémoire
- Une connexion filaire via un câble Ethernet est requise
- Une expérience en vente, service à la clientèle, hôtelière, centre d’appels ou toute autre expérience pertinente est un plus
