1-800-GOT-JUNK?, part of O2E Brands, is hiring happy, hard-working individuals to join our 250+ Remote Inbound Sales Agents across Canada.
- Hiring Immediately for our March 31st Training Class
- Full-Time. Work 4 days on & 3 days off every week - OR - Work 5 days on & 2 days off.
- Availability for 5 shifts at 8.5 hours, start time between: 6am
- 8am during DST (7am
- 9am CST) or 10am
- 12pm DST (11am
- 1pm CST) Days off: FRI/SAT or SAT/SUN or SUN/MON
- Availability to work 4 shifts at** 10.5 hours** 7am
- 9am DST **(8am-10am CST) Days off: WED/THUR/FRI**:

- Earn $15.0/hour + monthly sales bonus (guaranteed minimum bonus of $200 for your first month)

A Day in the Life:

- Answer incoming calls and provide a world class experience for our customers
- You receive inbound calls only - there are no outbound cold calls in this role
- Sell the magic of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? by explaining how we can make junk disappear with just a point of a finger
- All new agents must be available to start on March 31st
- You receive 3 weeks of fully paid remote training so you are set up for success
- After the 3 weeks, each agent joins a team with a Team Lead who will support you, and help you learn and grow

What You Bring to the Table:

- You are legally authorized to work in Canada AND currently reside in BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, or NS
- Availability to start on March 31st, and attend 3 weeks of remote paid training Mon-Fri from 8:00 am-4:30 pm CST
- Availability to work for 5 shifts at 8.5 hours, start time between: 6am
- 8am DST (7am
- 9am CST) or 10am
- 12pm DST (11am
- 1pm CST) Days off: FRI/SAT or SAT/SUN or SUN/MON
- Availability to work 4 shifts at** 10.5 hours** 7am
- 9am DST** (8am-10am CST) Days off: WED/THUR/FRI**:

- A very friendly telephone manner and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning new technology & good typing speed (minimum 25wpm)
- A quiet space at home, quick & reliable internet connection, and good personal computer with min 8GB memory
- Experience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant experience is a plus
