**Your days will include**:

- Facilitating weekly new employee orientation sessions.
- Supporting the Recruitment Team in advertising job postings.
- Managing benefits programs and enrolling employees.
- Assisting employees with benefit-related inquiries.
- Supporting the HR Team in managing employee leave.
- Performing other assigned duties.

**To succeed in this role, you must possess**:

- A high school diploma (Grade 12); certification in Human Resources is advantageous.
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
